Ideal Pre-Requisites:

The firm is seeking a technically strong, commercially aware conveyancer who thrives in a relationship-led environment. You will ideally have:*5+ years’ experience managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload
*Qualification as: Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive
*Strong technical knowledge of: Leasehold title issues, rural and semi-rural property transactions, Land Registry requisitions, lender panel requirements
*Meticulous approach to title review
*Excellent client communication skills — clear, confident and commercially astute
*Stable career history demonstrating commitment and progression
