Client Details
The firm’s International Arbitration group acts both as counsel and arbitrators across disputes administered by all major arbitral institutions. The team has extensive experience in investor-state and commercial arbitration, including matters involving:
*ICSID investor-state disputes
*LCIA, ICC, SCC, SIAC, HKIAC, and other major institutions
*UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitrations
Description
*Lead and manage substantial international arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions
*Work closely with partners recognised as authorities in the field
*Provide strategic advice on complex procedural and substantive issues
*Supervise and develop junior team members
*Engage directly with clients, experts, and foreign counsel
*Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the growth of the practice
Profile
*5-7+ years’ post-qualification experience in international arbitration from a leading law firm
*Strong familiarity with institutional arbitration rules (e.g., LCIA, ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL)
*Experience in investor-state and/or complex commercial disputes
*Excellent written advocacy skills and legal analysis capabilities
*The ability to manage multi-jurisdictional matters with minimal supervision
*A collaborative approach and an interest in mentoring junior colleagues
*Foreign language skills and cross-border experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
