We are seeking a Registered Manager to join the team!
Hart House is an open supported living unit and is staffed 24 hours per day. Staff have vast experience working with people with dual diagnosis and those with a forensic history.
What You’ll be Doing
*Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
*Oversee the day-to-day operations
*Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.
*Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.
*Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals
*Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
*At least 1+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.
*Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.
*Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour
*Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
*Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
