Job Type: Full-Time + 2 days WFH

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions
· Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments with confidence and accuracy
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
· Supporting Appointed Representatives with administrative tasks and client communications
· Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to add real value to our clients
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in commercial insurance
· Strong knowledge of a range of commercial products
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities
· Cert CII qualified (or working towards it)
