A prestigious Investment Bank located in the City of London are seeking and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Partner and some bankers within Global Advisory. The successful EA will be able to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment while remaining efficient and proactive, with experience supporting at Partner level. Hybrid 4:1

What you’ll do:
*Extensive diary management for the Partner.
*Coordinate complex multi-stop travel and prepare itineraries.
*Schedule meetings across various time zones.
*Organise client events, including dinners, off-sites and conferences.
*Take notes in meetings, draft documentation and track action items.
*Screen phone calls and escalate where appropriate.
*Liaise with other assistants to ensure communication flow is present across departments.
*Extensive clients and senior stakeholder liaison.
*Process invoices.
*Support with formatting and preparation of documents for meeting.

What you’ll need:
*Experience within banking or financial services - essential.
*Able to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment while remaining collaborative.
*Must have supported at Partner level or equivalent.
*Be proactive and use initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking effectively.
*Build professional relationships quickly and successfully.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
