Are you a highly organised Administrator looking for a varied and fast-paced role within a supportive and structured business?
We are recruiting for a Product Administrator to join a busy and commercially focused team in Christchurch. This is a key support role within the largest function of the business, working closely with the Product Manager and National Account Manager to ensure projects, systems and product processes run smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of activity, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in being the dependable support that keeps everything on track.
The RoleAs Product Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across the product function.
Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting in-store competitor "washouts" to analyse market trends and product features
*Maintaining and updating internal systems and customer portals with accurate data
*Supporting Product Managers with critical path tracking and documentation
*Managing product samples and coordinating associated processes
*Assisting in writing briefs and liaising with global production teams
*Preparing samples and materials for customer presentations
*Approving product samples to ensure required quality standards are met
*Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About YouThe successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Previous experience in an administrative role (product, commercial, retail or FMCG experience advantageous)
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
*Confident written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive and flexible approach to supporting the team
*A full UK driving licence
