Warehouse Operative
Crawley
Monday–Friday | Full Time (37.5–40 hours per week)
Temp-to-Perm
Found Industrial are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing business based in Crawley. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, offering long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
*Packing goods ready for dispatch
*Assisting with stock control and inventory management
*Booking goods in and updating internal systems
*Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous warehouse experience preferred
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable with manual handling duties
*Basic IT skills
*Counterbalance Forklift licence desirable (but not essential)
*Reliable and able to work well within a team
This is a Monday to Friday role with consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
