We’re supporting a well-established integrated agency known for delivering impactful campaigns across sport, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors. Due to continued growth within their performance function, they’re looking to appoint a Performance Media Specialist to join their London team.

THE PERFORMANCE MEDIA SPECIALIST ROLE:
As a Performance Media Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads.
You’ll be responsible for campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and daily performance monitoring. Working closely with the Head of Performance Media and wider marketing teams, you’ll analyse campaign data, generate performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop further within performance marketing while gaining exposure to multi-channel campaigns across social platforms.
PERFORMANCE MEDIA SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS
*Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
*Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation
*Confident with A/B testing and creative optimisation
*Ability to analyse performance data and report on key KPIs
*Experience managing budgets and driving ROI
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
