About the Role:
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy logistics depot based at Magna Park, Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing operation where full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
*Picking and packing orders accurately
*Loading and unloading goods
*Handling stock safely and efficiently
*Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where required)
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Following health & safety procedures at all times
*Supporting the wider team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
*Reliable with a strong work ethic and good timekeeping
*Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
*Willingness to learn and develop new skills
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Good attention to detail
*Flexible approach to shifts and overtime where required
*Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
