Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to lead, support, and develop a team of Learning Advisors, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and inspiring apprenticeship delivery. If you’re passionate about learner success and confident managing people in an apprenticeship environment, we’d love to hear from you.
?? What you’ll do *Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 Learning Advisors.
*Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and set clear KPIs.
*Oversee caseload distribution and ensure efficient, compliant delivery.
*Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, apprenticeship funding rules, and internal quality frameworks.
*Complete regular audits and observations to maintain high standards.
*Ensure timely and accurate learner documentation (Training Plans, Agreements, reviews, EPA prep).
*Track learner progress, retention, and achievement across all programmes.
*Lead coordination of End Point Assessments (EPAs).
*Identify risks and implement interventions for learners needing support.
*Support strong employer relationships and attend meetings as needed.
*Embed safeguarding, Prevent, GDPR and H&S requirements across the team.
*Contribute to curriculum planning, SAR, QIP and continuous improvement activity.
?? Essential skills & experience To be successful, you must have:
*Experience managing or mentoring staff in an apprenticeship environment.
*Strong working knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
*Proven experience supporting learner progression, achievement, and retention.
*Excellent organisational, communication, and coaching skills.
*Ability to analyse data and implement improvement strategies.
*A high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
? Desirable qualifications (not essential but a bonus!) *Assessor or teaching qualification (A1, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS/DTLLS/AET/CET).
*Leadership or management qualification (ILM, CMI).
*Experience with apprenticeship standards and EPA processes.
*Knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent, and regulatory compliance.
*Familiarity with Accountancy, HR, L&D, or Leadership & Management programmes.
