Credit Manager
Docklands – Hybrid 3/2
£50,000 - £60,000
This is a newly created role due to business growth, reporting to the Head of Credit, responsible for global AR activities within this prestigious and complex financial services organisation.
*Responsible for managing a team of 9 across UK & US across 9000 live accounts with a ledger value of 300+ million annually
*Responsible for staff management including, setting of KPI.s, training, recruitment, PIPs, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure results are delivered
*Full responsibility and management of a few high value key accounts
*Developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers
*Reduce overview debt whilst minimising risk of late payment and bad debt
*Work with cross functions and key account managers within the business to ensure invoice disputes are proactively recorded and resolved in a timely manner
*Assisting account managers in the identification, acquisition, and retention of customers
Requirements
*Credit Manager / Team leader with experience of managing at least 6 staff previously across UK and US. Experience of managing remote/US based credit controllers is essential.
*Evidence of good staff management experience through staff retentions and results
*KPI setting, monitoring and reports essential
*Ability to communicate with the wider business to facilitate minimising bad debts
*Able to translate business strategies into measurable objectives that can be rolled out to the team
