Brand Manager - Wellness
£37,000 - £40,000, Hassocks (outskirts, own transport essential), Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, Permanent, Up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Hybrid working (3 office / 2 home days), Staff discount, Pension scheme, Free parking.
The Role
Our client, a long-established wellness brand, is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to support the development and delivery of brand strategy across their growing wellness product portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this hands-on and commercially focused position sits at the heart of the marketing function and works closely with Sales, Digital, Product and PR teams to drive brand performance across both retail and online channels.
Key responsibilities include:
*Owning and evolving brand and product performance to drive sales, market positioning and consumer engagement.
*Building strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and segmentation to unlock profitable growth.
*Leading the planning and implementation of marketing communications for key product categories.
*Delivering integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR and retail environments.
*Creating compelling consumer engagement while supporting customer-specific brand strategies.
*Setting and managing trade and consumer pricing in line with commercial objectives.
*Championing brand architecture and ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints.
*Partnering with UK and International Sales teams to support trade marketing, promotional activity and events.
*Overseeing consistent copy and identity across packaging, POS and marketing collateral.
*Tracking and reviewing brand performance using insight, ROI and analytics tools.
*Supporting the full new product development pipeline from concept through to launch.
Requirements
The ideal Brand Manager will have experience within a consumer-focused environment, ideally within the health, wellness or beauty sector. Strong commercial awareness, excellent organisation and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are highly desirable. Experience within brand management, marketing planning, NPD or trade marketing would also be advantageous. A genuine interest in the wellness sector would be beneficial.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Brand Executive, Marketing Manager, or Product Manager.
