You would be working in a relaxed engineering environment, working as part of a small team, assembling interesting electro-mechanical equipment. It’s a clean environment, building products you could mistake for a computer, and they are now looking to grow the business and add to their production team.

The Production team works closely with all departments as part of a small company. You will be responsible for mechanical and electronic assembly work, using tools such as soldering irons and screwdrivers. It’s intricate assembly rather than heavy duty, and you will get full training. Your voice will also be heard – if you think something could be done in a better, more efficient way, then speak up!

The Role – Production Technician:
*Component soldering
*Component alignment
*Cable assembly
*Sub-assembly manufacturing
*Full system build and testing
The Candidate: Production Technician
The ideal person will be someone who likes to make things better and easier, and isn’t afraid of voicing their ideas. They will also have:
*Production assembly background whether this be your job or your hobbies – ideally a mix of mechanical and electrical/electronic work.
*High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
*Dexterous: comfortable with intricate hand work.
*Great communication skills and a team player.
