OVERVIEW:
• Play a key role in the development of a new regional office for an established and growing law firm
• Manage a broad, high quality private family caseload, including children and financial remedy matters
• Handle TOLATA matters up to the pre-action stage, with more complex matters referred internally to specialists
• Enjoy genuine autonomy and senior responsibility, ideal for Solicitors aiming for leadership-focused roles
• Focus on client care, practice growth and team development, with full operational, compliance, and marketing support provided
• Minimum 8 years’ PQE in family law with substantial experience managing complex private family matters independently
• Strong exposure to both children and financial remedy work, with working knowledge of TOLATA
• Confident in running a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates a strong billing track record and proactive approach to business development
• Ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to grow a practice and build a local team
• Excellent client care, communication, advocacy and leadership skills
• Suited to a Senior Family Solicitor seeking autonomy, clear progression and the opportunity to establish and lead a new office
• Full administrative, compliance and operational support provided to allow focus on client work and strategic growth
