Job Description:
Team Administrator West Malling, Kent (Hybrid)
ME Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected Buy-to-Let lender with over 25 years’ experience in the UK mortgage market.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Team Administrator to join their Case Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, values-driven organisation with a strong brand presence and a collaborative working culture.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of mortgage applications. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain efficiency, accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
This role would suit a proactive, organised and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Support
*Act as the first point of contact for mortgage application queries
*Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, solicitors, valuers and clients
*Provide accurate and timely responses to calls and correspondence
*Liaise with internal teams including Underwriting, Finance, Risk and Compliance
*Provide case updates and proactively resolve queries
Operational & Case Management
*Accurately input and maintain case data within internal systems
*Monitor application progress from offer through to completion
*Allocate and action incoming emails efficiently
*Chase outstanding documentation, reports and fees
*Liaise with Finance to resolve fee allocation queries
*Ensure cases and completion files are evenly distributed across the team
*Support cross-training initiatives to ensure seamless team coverage
