Pre-Offer Case Manager
Case Management | West Malling, Kent | £27,500
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic pre-offer Case Management team within a well-established Buy-to-Let lender. With over 25 years of experience in the UK mortgage market, this firm is known for delivering exceptional service and innovative mortgage solutions.
The role of Pre-Offer Case Manager is central to the success of the mortgage application journey. Working closely with departments such as Sales, Risk and Underwriting, the successful candidate will manage a pipeline of applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently through to the offer stage.
Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
*Act as the first point of contact for queries on mortgage applications
*Provide accurate updates and resolve queries efficiently
*Liaise with internal teams and external partners to meet business requirements
*Monitor application progress and ensure system accuracy
*Pre-approve valuation reports and supplementary documents
