Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator with experience in recruitment compliance or candidate onboarding? Our client in Watford is expanding and is looking for a Recruitment Administration / Compliance professional to support their growing operations.


What you’ll be doing
*Managing candidate compliance documentation, certifications and onboarding files
*Liaising regularly with internal stakeholders and candidates to gather required information
*Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
*Supporting with varying workloads in a fast-paced environment
*Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
*Helping to streamline processes and improve documentation workflows


What we’re looking for
*Experience in recruitment administration, compliance, onboarding or a similar role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Excellent communication skills and confidence working with candidates and internal stakeholders
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
