TYNE & WEAR (Ref 758) 10 months until the end of 2026
£45k – £55k Hybrid 3 office days

What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
*Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
*Proficiency in HR systems and data driven decision making.
*CIPD Level 5 qualified.
What you will be doing:
*Parter with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
*Provide expert HR advice and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
*Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and transformation projects.
*Be a key point of contact for managers and employees on HR related matters.
*Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
*Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
*Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development.
*Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
*Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build an inclusive workplace.
*Collaborate with hiring managers to support talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
*Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
*Provide input on salary benchmarking, compensation, benefits to remain competitive in the job market.
