Groundworks Foreman – Catford, SE London
Salary: c. £50,000 + Van + 28 Days Holiday + Pension
Start Date: Mid-March 2026
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a small residential scheme in Catford, SE London. You will be overseeing the full groundworks package from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Proven experience supervising full groundworks packages
* All relevant plant and site tickets
* SSSTS (minimum requirement)
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Reliable, organised and hands-on
* A genuine team player with a proactive approach
