Overview
Our client is expanding and seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery within a complex, commercially driven environment.
This role requires structured thinking, commercial awareness, and full ownership of the product lifecycle from vision through to measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business strategy
Own the product lifecycle within an Agile environment, acting as Product Owner for sprints
Translate customer and business requirements into structured design briefs
Prioritise development based on value, risk, and commercial impact
Support Sales, Engineering, and Project teams with product expertise
Deliver internal product training and champion adoption
Experience
Degree educated (BA/BSc or equivalent calibre) Or STEM Calibre
Significant Product Management experience within SaaS, UCaaS, Telecoms, or Cloud Contact Centre
Agile environment experience; JIRA or similar workflow tools
Proven ability to balance customer needs with commercial outcomes
This is a senior, accountable role requiring judgement, ownership, and disciplined product leadership
