We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to support a busy finance team. This role involves managing core purchase ledger processes, assisting with sales ledger tasks when required, and ensuring accurate financial data is maintained across internal systems. The role requires a proactive and detail-focused finance professional who can work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage finance inboxes
*Maintain and update the creditors ledger
*Allocate payments to supplier accounts
*Process and post supplier invoices
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
*Handle staff expense claims
*Prepare and run supplier payments
*Analyse and recharge rental damage costs
*Update product and price information in the sales system
*Support new finance system implementation
*Provide cover during staff annual leave
*Carry out general finance admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
*AAT or studying
*Experience in role
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent communication
*Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines
*Proficient in MS Excel
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
