An entertainment group is seeking a part-time Finance Manager on a temporary basis to oversee day-to-day finance operations and support leadership with timely, accurate reporting. This is a broad, hands-on role, working three days per week to cover sickness absence.
Responsibilities * Prepare monthly management accounts including full P&L and balance sheet reporting

* Lead on balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong financial controls

* Support preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external accountants/auditors

* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

* Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital

* Support budgeting and forecasting processes

* Drive process improvements across finance operations and reporting

* Assist with audit preparation and respond to audit queries

* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and analysis

Requirements * 3-5 years’ accounting experience within industry

* Ideally experience within entertainment, media, or a creative business

* Strong understanding of management accounts and financial reporting

* Experience improving processes and implementing controls

* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software

* Part-qualified, qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience

*Immediately Available to work 3 days a week in central London
