Job Description:
LB Design Recruitment are working with a long-established RIBA Chartered practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design solutions across both contemporary and traditional architecture. The practice works with clients across London, Winchester, Southampton, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
They operate across a diverse range of sectors, including bespoke private residential, large residential schemes for developers, education, commercial and civic projects.
The practice is particularly well regarded within the building conservation sector, holding an award-winning reputation for work within the historic environment. They have delivered projects of all sizes, types and levels of complexity for both public and private sector clients. Notable projects include commissions for Historic Royal Palaces, English Heritage, The National Trust, local authorities, country estates, trusts and charities.
They are now looking to recruit a Conservation Architect or Architectural Assistant to strengthen their team. You must have proven experience working on UK-based conservation projects, such as the restoration of Grade I listed buildings or monuments, historic palaces, museums, National Trust properties, castles or churches.
Applications are welcome from Part I, Part II and Part III qualified Architects. The successful candidate will be mentored by highly experienced Senior Conservation Architects and will be given genuine opportunities to develop and progress within the practice.
This is a full-time, office-based position within a medium-sized practice in Winchester. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
