HR Advisor/Consultant

Salary - up to £35k

ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting an HR Advisor/Consultant on a permanent basis to join our locally based client in supporting SME clients.

Key expertise, skills, and attributes required are:
*At least 3 years’ experience in HR with up to date working knowledge of employment legislation and case law
*Worked in SME’s, responsible for all aspects of HR
*Used to dealing with people management challenges
*ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence management
*Managed complex disciplinary, and grievance cases
*Not risk averse, with the ability to advise leadership on best course of action
*Tribunal Case Management / Hearings – an advantage but not essential
*Commercial approach with knowledge of how business operates
*An open and inquisitive mind
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Agility to manage multiple clients and stakeholders
*Resilient and resourceful
*Most important, sense of humour
*Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
The role is full time, based out of the Northampton town centre office/home with client visits as required.
