Waterloo Manor Hospital is the largest female personality disorder service in the United Kingdom, providing specialized assessment and treatment for women with complex mental health needs.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance to join the team!
What You’ll be Doing
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety and statutory checks.
*Manage contractors and liaise with external suppliers when required.
*Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and audits.
*Support the Facilities Manager in budgeting and resource planning.
What You’ll Need
*Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
*Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in a trade, Health & Safety certifications) are desirable.
