Job Description:
Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Stoke-on-Trent, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their busy and growing Civil and Commercial Litigation team.
Role: Litigation Lawyer
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
Key Responsibilities:
*You will manage a varied caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to completion.
*The caseload will include pre-action protocols, pleadings, disclosure, interim applicants, ADR, and trial preparation where required.
*Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and generating repeat and new business.
Key Requirements:
*A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation law.
*Have strong experience of handling a full litigation caseload independently.
*Are looking to contribute to the continued growth of a reputable local firm.
