We’re looking for a confident Admin Assistant to join a supportive and friendly team in Basildon. You’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly — from coordinating schedules to keeping records spotless and supporting colleagues and customers alike.
What you’ll be doing*Keeping daily operations moving efficiently and supporting the wider team
*Maintaining accurate records and databases with a keen eye for detail
*Preparing and updating essential documentation and reports
*Being a friendly point of contact for customers, technicians and suppliers
*Tracking deadlines and making sure all tasks and paperwork are completed on time
Where you’ll shine*Acting as the go-to office support for a team of technicians
*Helping plan and schedule nationwide work
*Bringing your problem-solving mindset to a variety of admin and coordination tasks
What you’ll bring*Previous admin or operations support experience
*Confident IT skills and strong communication abilities
*Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle changing priorities
*A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary & Benefits*£25,000 – £27,500 DOE
*37.5 hours, Monday–Friday (flexibility within 08:00–17:30, 1-hour lunch)
*Pension after 3 months (if eligible)
*20 days holiday plus bank holidays
