Our client has exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join their growing Residential & Rural Agency Team in Worcester. They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings confidence and initiative to the role. You will play a key part in supporting the team with a varied portfolio of residential and rural properties.

Personal specification:
*Previous residential agency / rural agency experience is preferred
*Be service orientated and a be a natural salesperson
*Clear and professional communication skills with both great written and verbal communication
*Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
*Great attention to detail
*A results driven approach
*A full driving licence.
This role will come with a basic salary of £30,000, plus on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000. A car allowance or company car will also be provided.
