What you’ll be doing
*Providing day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
*Troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows desktop environments
*Setting up and configuring devices for new starters and replacements
*Resolving issues via desk-side support, phone, and ticketing systems
*Escalating more complex problems when needed with clear documentation
*Keeping systems stable, secure, and running smoothly
*Building strong working relationships with users across the business


What you’ll bring
*Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role
*Confidence working across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
*Solid troubleshooting skills across desktops and core server services
*A calm, professional approach when dealing with users
*Someone who takes ownership and sees issues through to resolution
