We are delighted to be working with a leading Prime Central London estate agency to find an experienced Prime/Super Prime Sales Agent to join their flagship Marylebone office.
This is a standout opportunity for a high-performing fee earner to operate in the £4m+ market, advising clients and managing the sale of exceptional homes in one of London’s most prestigious postcodes. You will work alongside an established, high-calibre team while building your own pipeline and reputation in the Prime and Super Prime space.
As a Prime/Super Prime Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for:
*Managing buyer relationships, viewings, and negotiations through to completion.
*Winning and managing Prime and Super Prime instructions.
*Delivering exceptional client service across the full sales process.
*Handling enquiries professionally across all channels.
*Maintaining accurate records and pipeline management.
*Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and internal teams.
*Contributing to growth and market presence in Marylebone.
*Operating with discretion and professionalism at all times.
As a Prime/Super Prime Sales Agent, you will receive:
*£40,000 Basic Salary
*Car Allowance
*Attractive commission structure reflective of high-value transactions
*£100,000 + OTE
Experience & skills you’ll need:
*Experienced residential agent at senior fee earner, Associate or Partner level.
*Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
*Knowledge of Marylebone / Prime Central London markets (advantageous).
*Experience handling Prime listings is highly desirable.
*Ambitious, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
