Job Description:
A highly regarded and growing law firm is looking for a Legal Systems and Project Coordinator to take ownership of its Practice Management System and key business applications.
This is a rare opportunity for a Legal Systems and Project Coordinator to step into a pivotal, stand-alone role with direct access to senior leadership. Ideal for someone from a legal background who enjoys systems, improvement and projects more than fee earning.

About the role
The Legal Systems and Project Coordinator will take full responsibility for the firm’s Practice Management System and related applications.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and administering the Practice Management System
*Supporting staff with day-to-day system queries
*Liaising with outsourced IT and PMS providers
*Overseeing upgrades, testing and system improvements
*Driving system adoption and best practice
*Supporting workflow development and reporting
*Coordinating projects such as upgrades, software rollouts and security initiatives
*Assisting with training for new and existing staff
This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility when projects allow.
What we are looking for
The successful Legal Systems and Project Coordinator will have:
*Hands-on experience using a legal Practice Management System
*An understanding of how legal teams use systems in practice
*Experience improving functionality and usability
*Confidence working with third-party suppliers
*Project coordination or rollout experience
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*A proactive, self-sufficient mindset
This would suit a legal secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, office manager or practice manager seeking a systems-focused career move.
