Job Description:
We are delighted to be working with a leading Prime Central London estate agency to find them an experienced Sales Manager to join their high-performing Marylebone office.
This is a senior opportunity for a commercially driven property professional to lead an established team and manage the core market up to approximately £4m. You will play a key role in driving new business, developing sales strategy, and maintaining exceptional client relationships within one of London’s most competitive markets.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
*Securing new property instructions in line with business targets.
*Leading and managing a team of negotiators and senior associates.
*Developing and executing local sales strategy.
*Building strong buyer pipelines and negotiating sales to completion.
*Maintaining a visible presence in the Marylebone market.
*Delivering exceptional client service and relationship management.
*Monitoring market activity and adapting strategy accordingly.
*Ensuring smooth and compliant operational processes.
As Sales Manager, you will receive:
*£48,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience)
*Car Allowance and an attractive commission and bonus structure
*£100,000 + OTE
*Strong career progression within an established business
Experience & skills you’ll need:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential sales roles.
*Proven track record winning instructions and closing deals.
*Strong knowledge of the Marylebone / Prime Central London market.
*Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
*Commercially driven and target-focused.
