Team Overview
You will be responsible for managing client utility accounts, ensuring data completeness, resolving billing queries, and reducing risk by minimising missing invoices and outstanding debt. Working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the Bureau Services Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in maintaining service quality and helping clients achieve greater portfolio accuracy and efficiency.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
