Job Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: Leicestershire
Shift: 7am to 5pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 2pm on Fri
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication and welding working with stainless steel. Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
*Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
*Fabricating and welding metal components using MIG/TIG and other welding techniques
*Ensuring quality and accuracy of workmanship
*Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
*Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
*Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
About You:
*Proven experience as a fabricator/welder, with expertise in MIG/TIG welding
*Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
*Certification in welding or a related field is a plus
