Finance Manager (Part-Time)
Salary: £36,000–£40,000 pro-rata
Hours: 16–20 hours per week (extremely flexible)

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional seeking a part-time role.
The RoleYou’ll play a key part in overseeing the organisation’s finances, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day financial operations.
Key responsibilities may include:
*Managing day-to-day financial processes
*Preparing management accounts and financial reports
*Budgeting and forecasting
*Overseeing payroll and cashflow
*Supporting year-end processes and audits
*Providing financial insights to support decision-making
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
*Experienced in a finance or accounting role
*Ideally qualified (or part-qualified) in AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or similar
*Highly organised and detail-focused
*Comfortable working independently
*Friendly, collaborative, and a good cultural fit for a close-knit team
