An ambitious and rapidly growing property firm in South Manchester is looking to add a Marketing Executive to its expanding marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing graduate or CIM-qualified professional who wants to develop their career within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
This role isn’t about years of experience, it’s about strong marketing foundations, creativity and the drive to learn and grow within a successful business.
What You’ll Be Doing:*Supporting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
*Creating email marketing campaigns and managing digital communications
*Producing marketing materials using Adobe (InDesign / Photoshop)
*Updating website content via CMS
*Supporting social media activity and online presence
*Conducting competitor and market research
*Analysing campaign performance and identifying improvements
*Ensuring all activity aligns with brand and tone of voice
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team, gaining exposure across both digital and offline campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:*Marketing degree or CIM qualification (or working towards)
*Strong understanding of core marketing principles and digital channels
*Creative, detail-oriented and organised
*Confident communicator with strong written skills
*Comfortable using Adobe software
*Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Previous marketing experience is helpful, but the priority is academic grounding, enthusiasm and potential.
