Court of Protection Solicitor

My client is a well-established national firm, who are looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded department managing substantial client funds and supporting individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages awards.

The Role

You will:
*Manage Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters
*Work closely with senior colleagues and Heads of Department
*Support business development initiatives
*Keep up to date with COP and PI Trust developments

*Open PQE - able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
*Court of Protection experience (ideally property & affairs)
