Job Description:
A growing multi billion dollar private credit manager is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to support, lead and develop their :
*Content and brand strategy.
*Shaping how the firm presents itself across key markets.
This role will be pivotal in positioning the firms as a trusted private credit partner and employer of choice for investors, counterparties, and talent.
The focus for the role is on demonstrating how the fund capital is deployed across markets, sectors, and strategies while communicating the firm’s values, culture, and growth story. The successful candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution in order to shape the voice, designing impactful campaigns, and transforming complex investment ideas into clear, engaging, and compliant content.
Core Objectives
* *Strengthen General Brand Awareness
*Establish Thought Leadership *Develop and distribute insightful, data-driven content - market commentary, articles, whitepapers - to establish the fund as a credible voice in European private markets.
*Support Business Development
*Drive Transaction Origination *Support the investment team by creating content that showcases capabilities, market activity, and transaction case studies
Our client is looking for someone with demonstrable experience in marketing or communications within financial services - ideally private credit, or investment management with a proven experience building a professional B2B presence through strategic storytelling
The core skills to be successful in this role which need to be demonstrated are :
*Excellent writing and editing skills; adept at translating technical investment concepts into accessible narratives
*Strong understanding of private markets and a genuine interest in market developments, industry trends, and news
*Strong creative judgement and visual sensibility
This opportunity is a newly created role and the CEO is visionary around he wants the firm positioning to be in the sector and recognises this skills alongside traditional asset raising and IR efforts is the future and key to raising capital for the fund.
