We partner with a range of services including residential homes, supported living services, nursing homes, and specialist care settings — offering flexible work while making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
The Role
As an agency Support Worker or HCA, you will be working across various client settings, providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Duties may include:
*Delivering personal care and support
*Assisting with daily living activities
*Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, or complex needs
*Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
*Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
*Maintaining accurate care documentation
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Support Worker or HCA
*A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
*Strong communication skills
*Flexibility to work across different services
*A valid DBS (or willingness to apply)
*Relevant training (preferred but not essential)
