Production Supervisor
Location: West London
Salary: C. £32,000
Hours: Day shifts
About the Role
My client is a creative, aspiring young business with huge growth plans in place. They have developed significantly since they were first formed, achieving multiple accreditations and awards for their ethical operations, sustainability and ultimately - taste!
They are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to join their expanding team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated production workforce, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacture of their products. You will play a key part in daily operations, team development, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
Main Responsibilities:
*Lead and support a team of food production operatives.
*Ensure all products meet food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, BRC).
*Monitor and improve production performance, including output, waste, and efficiency.
*Allocate staff and organise workloads to meet production plans.
*Train, coach, and develop team members.
*Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations.
