Academics are currently recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted ’Good’-rated secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent for a full-time History Teacher. The role is 5 days a week, starting from Easter (13th April) and running until the end of the summer term, with the opportunity for extension for the right candidate.
About the Role: *Teaching History across KS3 and KS4
*Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
*Managing classroom behaviour effectively
*Tracking student progress and providing constructive feedback
*Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
Applicant Requirements: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History or a related subject (essential)
*Recent experience teaching History up to KS4 (ECTs welcome)
*Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
*A genuine enthusiasm for inspiring students’ curiosity and interest in History
