*Engagement: Keep pupils on track and manage classroom behaviour.
*Resource Prep: Help set up and clear down engaging learning activities.
What We Need From You *Experience: Previous work with Primary-aged children.
*Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude for different school environments.
*Communication: Ability to build quick rapport with staff and pupils.
*Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one).
