Part Time Administrator
Our client who are a small family run and well established within the construction sector are recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join their expanding business on a permanent part time basis based near Quedgeley. This an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly team who enjoy a professional but relaxed environment!
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while working to support the Office Manager and MD.


Responsibilities/Duties;
-Administrative support for fleet vehicles
-Arrange PAT and fire alarm testing
-Keep the Health and Safety polices updated, liaising with outsource team when required
-Purchasing office supplies and uniform
-Arrange Insurance meetings and obtain quote for review
-Update portal with insurance details
-Deal with insurance claims
-Arrange training in line with plan and book tests
-Order office supplies and Uniform/PPE as required
-Other duties as required to support the office manager and MD


Hours- 22 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days per week)


Salary- £15,400 + 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + holiday purchase scheme + quarterly socials within working hours + free on-site parking
