Nurture Teacher (SEN)
September Start | Croydon / Bromley
Tempest Resourcing is urgently appointing a skilled and compassionate Nurture Teacher for a specialist SEN provision in Croydon / Bromley, starting September.
This is a critical role supporting pupils with SEMH and emotional regulation needs, requiring a confident practitioner who can establish trust, routine, and stability.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver structured nurture interventions to individuals and small groups
*Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement
*Apply trauma-informed and restorative practices
*Work closely with pastoral and SEN leadership teams
*Maintain a calm, consistent, and supportive environment
Essential Requirements
*QTS (primary or secondary)
*Strong SEN / SEMH experience
*Excellent behaviour and relationship-building skills
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Contract
*Full-time (part-time considered)
*September start
