My client is seeking an ambitous Client Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of payroll services across a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with strong bureau experience, expertise managing outsourced vendors, and a forward-thinking approach to process improvement and technology.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients
*Lead and develop a payroll team
*Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
*Act as senior escalation point for complex client queries
*Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and third-party providers
*Drive continuous improvement and modernisation of payroll processes
