Job Description:
Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Pay And Conditions Administrator for our client a government organisation in Gloucestershire.
This role is a temporary contract for a maximum of 6 months, based full time in the office for the first 3 months.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
*Be responsible for delivering a wide range of cost effective, timely services to ensure we meet the needs of internal and external customers.
*Involve processing payroll payments, dealing with pay queries via our ContactUs helpline and providing guidance on employment terms & conditions.
Personal Requirements:
*As a payroll administrator you will bring your excellent organisational skills to allow you to prioritise workloads and ensure our service levels are maintained.
*Have relevant administrative payroll experience and a good understanding and knowledge of payroll processes to ensure compliance regarding the regulations.
*Be technically efficient and possess excellent communication and customer service, to enable you to efficiently answer tax and pay queries.
*Be able to cope under pressure and manage competing demands checking information to ensure our payrolls are accurate, meet statutory requirements and processed within the monthly deadlines.
Working Hours: 37hrs / 9:00am - 17:00pm / Hybrid Working / Mon–Fri
Pay: £19.13 per hr
Please note this role is within the scope of IR35.
