We’re delighted to be supporting a highly professional and well-established financial planning firm in their search for a Team Leader / Head of Administration to join their growing team.
This business is known for delivering a first-class, highly personalised service to clients and operates with a strong team-based culture behind the scenes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration function, ensuring the client journey runs seamlessly while maintaining the high standards of quality and professionalism the firm is known for.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator who has previously managed or supervised a small team and is looking to take the next step into a leadership-focused role within a structured, client-focused wealth management environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):*Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of administrators
*Managing workload allocation to ensure efficiency and service standards
*Overseeing the processing of new business and complex cases
*Acting as point of contact for administrative queries and case escalations
*Ensuring client records and documentation are maintained accurately and compliantly
*Supporting advisers and paraplanners with workflow management
*Identifying training needs and supporting ongoing development of the administration team
*Reviewing processes and implementing improvements where appropriate
*Maintaining high levels of client service and professionalism across the team

Skills and experience required:*Previous experience in a financial services or wealth management administration role

*Ability to support, train and develop team members
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
