Meraki Talent are in the process of shortlisting for a senior Workday Adaptive Planning Appointment, and due to the senior nature of the appointment, it can be based in several locations across the UK. This person will play a business-critical role in transforming planning capabilities utilising Workday Adaptive Planning. A role offering scope and senior influence, this is a unique appointment, influencing enterprise-wide processes.
You will be highly experienced with Adaptive Planning and consider yourself an SME. You’ll be comfortable working with HR and have a good knowledge of HR processes. (This is not a ’Finance’ role, nor aligned to finance related modules!) You’ll have worked within a large global firm and have a good mix of BAU and project experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of technical project capabilities
- Work in partnership with the external Workday consultancy post implementation to successful handover
- Evangalise Adaptive within the global business
- Work in partnership with technology and HR
- Set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change
- Collaboration with customers and business teams to implement to support the proposal of feasible solutions
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning is essential. You will need to have hands on experience of configuration, deployment, integration, implementation etc
- Experience working directly alongside, and in partnership with HR, and related HR modules (Please note this is not a Financial Planning aligned role!)
- A background in HR would be helpful, but is not essential if understanding of the function exists
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Happy to work in the office 2 days each week (mandatory)
