Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly organised, analytical, and proactive eCommerce Coordinator to help run TikTok Shops, manage content workflows, and track performance across multiple clients in our fast-paced agency. The role is 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday.
You’ll be managing multiple tasks at once, and accuracy is non-negotiable; if precision and follow through are not your strengths, this role is not a good match for you! You’ll be working within our established processes and coordinating closely with a collaborative team to keep everything running smoothly and accurately.
The role is ideal for someone who has strong technical confidence, but who is equally willing to learn new things. You must be comfortable running data analysis reports, tracking revenue and performance in TikTok Shop, and working comfortably with figures to support commercial decision-making. We’re a small business, so team fit is number one for us! You don’t need years of experience, but you do need to care deeply about what you do. You’ll seek solutions, not problems and will maintain honesty, integrity and resilience in everything you do.
Key responsibilities of the role:
TikTok Shop setup and management including:
*Product listing creation and edits
*Product listing images
*Ongoing Shop Management
*Product listing copy optimisation
*Product compliance / violation management
*Price amends
*Inventory management
*Troubleshooting and account health management: working closely with the TikTok helpdesk or internal ECN team to resolve issues quickly.
Data Insights and Reporting including:
*Produce monthly and ad hoc performance reports using Google Looker.
*Data manipulation and collection
*Presenting reports and insights to clients at meetings..
Content Operations:
*Managing client content calendars.
*Managing the organisation & flow of content.
*Liaising with UGC models - ensuring timely delivery of content against agreed timescales.
*Assist with UGC planning and scheduling, including liaising directly with UGC models, and video editors.
*Reviewing content.
*Posting and scheduling content.
*TikTok in-app editing where required, drafting, accessing previously drafted content for edits and adding product links etc.
*Actively share ideas for content in weekly ideation meetings.
Client Support:
*Assist clients with all queries in a timely and professional manner.
*Work closely with Business Support with invoicing, budget tracking and process set up.
*Assist with compliance and quality control for all Client projects.
*Collaborate with the advertising team where needed to ensure accurate data reporting as required.
*Organise and store all content assets and documentation in a methodical and systematic manner.
Necessary experience and qualities:
*Experience in a similar role involving content administration, project management, or social media coordination, ideally with TikTok.
*Confidence using Canva to create basic graphics where required.
*Confident using TikTok’s creator tools, including in-app editing, saving and accessing drafts, playing draft videos, and adding product links, with zero tolerance for errors.
*An understanding of content creation, with the ability to brainstorm ideas with the team.
*Highly analytical with the ability to pull, interpret, and report on key metrics accurately.
*Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented; you consistently produce error-free work and take full ownership of tasks from start to finish.
*Fully collaborative mindset. We’re a small team, and everyone rolls up their sleeves. No task is too small, and you take pride in doing things properly.
*Able to operate independently and effectively in a virtual working environment, keeping the team informed and maintaining discipline in daily workflows.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with clarity and consistency in all updates.
*Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where you embrace ambiguity, take initiative, and proactively solve problems.
*Excellent time management with the ability to recognise priority tasks and pivot quickly in a fast paced environment.

*Proficiency in video editing, including knowledge of filters, effects, transitions, and other features available on TikTok to enhance the visual appeal.
*CapCut experience.
