Location: Dorking | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid Working: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
About the Role:
We are looking for a professional Paraplanner with FCA certification and strong financial planning experience. You’ll provide tailored advice across investments, insurance, pensions, and tax, support clients effectively, and help grow the office. Career progression is on offer, including the chance to qualify as an adviser and eventually move into Head of Office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct client reviews and design personalised financial strategies
*Prepare letters, reports, and client communications
*Support business growth via client acquisition and networking
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company processes
*Assist with client onboarding, charging processes, and data management
Skills & Experience:
*FCA certification in financial planning
*Knowledge of asset classes and financial products
*Research, analysis, and report writing experience
*Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
*Ethical, discreet, adaptable, and a motivated team player
